I hate ppl taking others' credits. I always question myself that does they have dignity whenever I saw those. Srsly.

it's really important to have evidence and proof regardless of how obvious it can be. even a letter from the original author may be necessary.

You can report the deviations if they're stolen, even if you don't have the original piece. But I don't know about reporting the user...

I've seen many art thieves here, it's really easy to find them, most of them name the pictures with titles like "anime girl", "anime girl with wings","girl smiling","sad girl","my oc narata" , etc.
I don't understand why they like to take the artworks from other people and claim them as their own =__=
